some you won't, but all are artists you are encouraged to read about. AOTCE will continue to provide information that lifts you up with coverage and propels artists to the next level. Shirley Woodson-Reid is a long time artist, an educator, administrator in the arts and she is a founding member of the National Conference of Artists throughout the world. Shirley Woodson-Reid is currently President of the NCA in Michigan and oversees it's gallery, curates art shows, initiates youth programming, administers the annual Art Party, and more. This dynamic woman always has her hand on the pulse of the art community and therefore she is on the cutting edge.
